Job Description

Compliance Analyst - Investment ManagementLeading UK Investment Manager, Based Central London£35,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Package & BonusThis is an excellent opportunity for Graduates looking to develop their career in Compliance to work in one of the UKs leading Investment Management firms. Working within their Compliance team, you will be responsible for a range of duties focused aroundMonitoring, Market Abuse and Best Execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Compliance Manager to monitor the firms compliance with relevant governmental, regulatory and legal requirements
  • Review dealing activity against Market Abuse & Best Execution obligations
  • Monitor suitability of clients dealing and investments
  • Monitor adherence to reporting requirements under MIFID II/MiFIR
  • Monitoring of activity on client accounts including cash movements
  • Maintain Compliance records in accordance with regulatory and firm requirements
  • Provide and present MI to the business including to senior management and committees
To be successful in this role you should have had experience of the following:
  • 6-12 months experience in a compliance or similar role, ideally gained from within a trading/dealing environment
  • Excellent data analytical skills with exposure to Python/SQL an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to further develop your career within Compliance
