Job Description

This opportunity has arisen due to the former Compliance Manager moving on to a Director level role in another institution and the present incumbent being promoted into the Manager position.The Role

  • Assist with the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring plan and report findings to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain various registers such as Breaches, Gifts and Financial Promotions
  • Ensure Standard Procedures are followed and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Keep up to date with FCA regulations and keep the business up to date.
The Candidate
  • Payment (PSD2) regulatory knowledge is essential.
  • Experience implementing Compliance frameworks including monitoring and risk frameworks.
  • Experience liaising with the FCA
  • Ideally 5 years compliance experience but could as little as 2 years if other parts of the CV are outstanding.
  • Ideally will hold relevant compliance qualifications.
This role is 2 days a week in the office and 3 days working from home.I will get back to all candidates who have PSD2 experience but may well not be able to respond to all unsuccessful candidates.
