Job Description

Job Title: Compliance AdministratorReports To: Compliance ManagerSalary: Up to £32,000. Location: London Hybrid 4 days a week in their Borham Wood office. They take pride in their ability to adapt to changing requirements, stay on the cuttingedge of technology, and provide solutions that meet the unique needs of each property we manage.Position Summary:As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the organization remains fully compliant with all statutory regulations and internal policies. You will work closely with the Compliance Manager and other stakeholders to manage and streamlinecompliance processes. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling compliance orders, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of compliance activities. In addition, you will support initiatives related to buildingand fire safety, ensuring their operations align with evolving legal requirements.Key Objectives:* Schedule and manage statutory compliance orders for the portfolio.* Deliver clear and helpful information to internal and external stakeholders.* Provide data on compliance, categorizing it by commodities.* Offer efficient customer service with a focus on first-time resolutions.* Ensure commodities meet statutory time frames for compliance.* Assist in building and fire safety matters.* Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to compliance processes.* Promote excellence in supplier service and maintain templates.Key Responsibilities:* Assist functional managers in compliance strategies and track progress.* Update the Building Safety Tracker as required.* Support external wall system/cladding remediation projects.* Maintain records of external wall system issues and remediation projects.* Manage electronic data and respond to emails and calls promptly.* Raise contract orders in accordance with regulations.* Proactively create annual contract orders to meet compliance goals.* Ensure compliance policies and processes align with current legislation and best practices.* Attend external training events and deliver relevant sessions to the team.* Collaborate with stakeholders and Compliance Manager. * Work closely with suppliers to maintain open communication and accurate records.* Update databases with precision and regularity, including document uploads.Technical Skills:* Familiarity with property management principles and procedures.* Exceptional communication skills.* Self-motivated to continuously improve and learn.* Strong interpersonal skills to understand and empathize with customers.* Proficient in record-keeping and problem-solving.* Knowledge of the QUBE computer system.* Proficiency in Windows-based applications.* Understanding of property compliance legislation and best practices.This role requires the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines, and ensure compliance with current regulations. The role calls for independence, responsibility, and effective teamwork. Attention to detail is crucial, as isa commitment to delivering on promises. As a key team member, you must react positively and effectively to daily challenges, communicate well, and coordinate team efforts.
