Job Description

Complaints & MEs ManagerTower Hamlets £27 Per Hour I am recruiting for a local authority who To provide oversight of housing complaints at S1 ensuring responses are being sent on time. Work closely with the councils central complaints team to ensure S2 complaints are being managed effectively. Provide adviceon remedies for complaints, including compensation.Key Accountabilities:Manage the Customer Relations Team to deliver an effective complaints and member enquiry service that meets all regulatory standards, including compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Code.Ensure systems are in place to monitor performance and learn from complaints and member enquiries (MEs), and that systems are used to drive service improvement.Improve efficiency in how complaints and MEs are processed; improve systems and champion a culture of first-time resolution.Develop and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders (members, residents, and the Housing Ombudsman) ensuring the reputation of THH is protected.Provide constructive challenge to service areas through quality assessment, regular monitoring and effective feedback and escalation.In conjunction with the Regulatory Assurance Management team, establish policies, procedures and processes that respond to lessons learnt and prevent repeat complaints and enquires
