Job Description

Key Responsibilitiesfor the Successful Candidate will be:

  • Basic company secretarial support for the business and Procurement CompaniesCompanies House filings and administration only
  • Leading on administration of GDPR, including, but not restricted to, processing Data Subject Access requests
  • Working with Health & Safety teams and assets to maintain accreditations including IS09001 and RICS
  • Working on ESG and Sustainability practices through the organisation
  • Compliance with legislation including items such as GDPR and Bribery Act
  • Creating and maintaining appropriate corporate record keeping, archiving and data management process.
  • Business support responsibilities across all business activities, processes and systems including leasing, procurement, property and building management, finance, HR, and office management.
  • Chair of Level 10 Business Continuity Group
The New Appointee will be:
  • Recognised with a degree level professional qualification and have a background as a Company Secretary or similar
  • Able to show career progression within organisations acknowledged for quality of governance / processes.
  • Senior manager experienced in a complex, transactionally intense business
  • Able to show successful project delivery in a demanding environment.
  • Experienced in driving value / performance from a complex insurance requirement.
  • Experienced in operating within a private/public legal entity
  • From the Property or related sectors (desirable, but not essential)
  • Experienced in building change management strategies, tools and their application
This will be a challenging and interesting role which will require the successful candidate to be at the centre of the organisation. Reporting to the Group Finance Director the new appointee will be an influential member of the senior management team.
