Job Description

Job Description Where youll fit in & what our team goals are.... Reporting to the Senior Analyst, Compensation & Regulatory for the EMEA/APAC region, collaborates with HR colleagues in EMEA, Asia and North America, and supports all regulatory analysis,regulatory filings, policy development and processes for the global asset management business in addition to assisting in providing local compensation support for US-based compensation partners to the non-Asset Management business units in Europe. SupportGlobal Asset Management compensation delivery overall with a focus on reward communications business-wide. Responsibilities How youll spend your time.... Supporting the Senior Analyst, Compensation & Regulatory Reporting, and working closely with colleaguesacross HR, design, review and maintain all Code Staff and Identified Staff policy and processes for the EMEA region. Take ownership of regulatory remuneration disclosures in collaboration with GOIS and Legal colleagues. Work closely with HR colleagues to alignthe application and communication of SM&CR with remuneration policy and governance in Europe. Support the Senior Analyst and EMEA/APAC Head of Reward in partnering with HR and Operational Risk colleagues to ensure the Risk Adjustment process is well co-ordinated,compliant and effective on a global basis: responsible for co-ordinating the application and monitoring of risk adjustment to incentive pools and awards across the business. Support the EMEA/APAC Head of Reward in delivering risk adjustment papers to EMEARemCo and NA Compensation Advisory Committee. Co-ordinate and guide fair pay analysis and reporting, in particular UK Gender Pay Gap disclosure. Work closely with the EMEA/APAC Head of Reward and HR colleagues to provide analysis and presentation to seniorbusiness leaders of GPG and future voluntary or mandatory fair pay analyses. Produce annual Equal Pay Audits for the UK business in conjunction with Legal colleagues and work with HR Business Partners and Compensation colleagues to refine and determine anyactions to be taken. Support the development and delivery of year-end and new joiner reward guidance/explanation, in particular for the specific regulation-driven arrangements in EMEA. Co-ordinate EMEA intranet compensation content, creating and editing contentand sourcing from colleagues as appropriate. Co-ordinate the presentation of EMEA remuneration through the RFP response library for EMEA and support the EMEA/APAC Head of Reward, VP and Director roles in delivering standard and ad-hoc responses for the USand EMEA-based RFP teams. Provide support and advice on local policy, practice and regulation to US-based compensation partners supporting non-Asset Management businesses in EMEA and Asia. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have....Collaborative and communicative working style, both in person and remotely Experience of European financial services reward regulation, ideally with experience of applying pay-out process rules and Identified Staff/ MRT identification criteria Able to buildand maintain strong working relationships with other internal SMEs within and outside HR Strong Excel modeling and presentation skills Familiarity with interpreting law and regulation in context of company culture A good appreciation of the behavioural effectsof remuneration design Preferred Qualifications If you also had this, it would be great....
