Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Understand the rationale behind our assessment portfolio and the different kinds of reports we have for different levels in the organization.
  • Create a variety of communication collateral including brochures, infographics, presentations, and videos to highlight our new assessment reports.
  • Tailor content to suit the specific needs and preferences for different groups of audiences (hiring managers, candidates, recruiters, etc.) to provide them with relevant information in a succinct and digestible format.
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight the positive impact of our assessment tools on talent acquisition and performance related outcomes.
  • Work closely with different teams across PMI to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content.
  • Create a communications plan.
  • Collect and incorporate feedback from our stakeholders to improve communication materials.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
  • Creativity and an eye for design.
  • Experience in managing and executing projects.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to present complex information to nonacademic audiences in an accessible way.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
