Job Description

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Creating content – idea generation, writing and editing a wide range of content spanning newsletters, press releases, blog post, social media updates, articles and presentations ensuring they are engaging, accurate, compliant and adhere to brand.
  • Social Media – working across global functions to enhance their social media presence and engagement, creating innovative content and monitor feedback
  • Internal Communications – development and maintenance of global intranet, analyse employee surveys driving change and improving engagement, own variety of tools to facilitate internal comms ensuring the business is fully informed and engaged
  • Events Coordination – conceptualise, organise and facilitate events to promote business and generate brand awareness in partnership with wider events team
Essential skills and experience:
  • 3+ years communications/marketing content experience within financial services
  • Ability to produce engaging and innovative content across media platforms
  • Confident assuming ownership of tasks, proactive in your approach to work witha can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact at exec level
