This work is solely to support the commercial team on the transition commercial activity and transition work stream. This role will be working to tight deadlines and will need an adaptable individual comfortable working in change/transformation environments.The specific deliverable will include-Leading on specific ovation and transition activity, working with other commercial teams to hand over Gold, Silver and Bronze level contracts effectively -Leading on robust and clear supplier communications and notifications relating to specific contracts and transition arrangements. -Terminating (as appropriate) any services and contracts that may not be required.-Leading on any extension activities required to ensure appropriate transition-Provision of commercial advice to business areas on the transition of contracts (lower value) -Leading on any procurement activity to support transition activity particularly anything coming from the HR/ People side. -Supporting data / contract data transfers and ensuring records / data are up to date and in line with agreed records. -Implementation and alignment of Artemis e-tendering system. -Data transitionBadenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
