Job Description

My client is a well recognised and sought after Employer of Choice Law Firm. They have instructedLaw Staff to assist them in a searchfor a Senior Commercial Solicitor with at least 10 years PQE,gained within Private Practice. You will be responsible forproviding expert legal advice and support to a range of impressive global and national clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial matters, including distribution agreements, agency agreements, and general terms and conditionsfor goods and services. In addition, you will have the chance to expand your knowledge and experience in areas such as competition law and data protection and privacy law.The Role:

  • Distribution agreements
  • Agency agreements
  • General terms and conditions for goods and services
  • Some exposure to or interest in competition law (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy law
Skills and Experience Required:To be successful in this role, you must have at least 10 years PQE as a Commercial Solicitor, from a recognisedLaw Firm with a strong background in the areas mentioned above. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as theability to work effectively as part of a team.
