Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a finance professional to play apivotal role in driving the financial success of a growing business.As the Commercial Production Manager, you will take charge of all production jobs across the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with organisational goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Production planning and oversight - work with the Commercial Production Analyst to effectively manage the process.
  • Efficiently allocate resources to optimise production processes.
  • Work closely with creative, technical, and business teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Key escalation point on all client receipts.
  • Support the business with Pay When Paid (PWP) policies and processes.
  • Managing supplier set-up and payments.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Commercial Production Analyst.
To be considered for the role of Commercial Production Finance Manager, you will require the following skills and experience:
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience within an advertising/media/production environment is desirable.
