Commercial Litigation Partner Award Winning Litigation Boutique London My client, an award winning litigation boutique firm in the West End is looking to recruit a commercial litigation partner or senior associate looking to join at partner level. Thisfirm have been highly successful and have developed dramatically over the last few years making a real name for themselves in high level commercial litigation. They have a big focus on international and cross boarder work. Ranked amongst far larger globallaw firms, they have appeared in some of the biggest commercial cases in the High Court and before International Arbitrations. The caseload will consist of a broad and varied commercial litigation client base. This client primarily acts in relation to company,joint venture, trusts, breach of contract and insolvency law disputes. They are well known for achieving success for clients, making new law and clarifying existing law in a wide range of different areas and sectors, from oil and gas to technology, from financialservices to hotels. Recent reported cases include High Court and Court of Appeal judgments on the principle of good faith, double derivative shareholder actions, the value secured by floating charges, verbal constructive trusts, competing arbitration and courtclauses and varying retainers. They have a particular interest in pursuing insolvency practitioners, banks, large financial institutions and multi-national law firms. They also have a track record of establishing board room deceit as well as negligence, andare keen to take on cases which have fundamental consequences for entire industries.
