International leading manufacture of architectural facade systems Senior leader required to lead the commercial UK team Client Details I am excited to be recruiting for a Commercial leader for a market leading European manufacturer and supplier of innovativeand sustainable facade systems that are specified by architects, main contractors and construction companies on many prestigious projects. The company are a well-known brand who have specified products onto some of the most iconic buildings in the world. Thissenior leadership role will be heading up their commercial projects division and team through both a customer-led and strategic approach. Description Reporting to the Managing Director this role will be focused on developing the project / specification teamsproviding commercial leadership to grow UK market share Develop a robust sales strategy - including key customers, prospects and focus products Leading the sales and commercial activities whilst being hands on with driving project specifications. Work ina project specification sale process influencing and securing buy in throughout projects. Profile Strong understanding of the UK façade / exterior building systems market. Engaging style, with excellent interpersonal skills. Proven track record in salesand business development with a real interest in sustainable building solutions. Strategic thinker, able to identify and pursue commercial opportunities Experienced in delivering effective CPDs.
