Job Description

Commercial LeadLocation: London Based / remote workingLength of contract: 6 months (with possibility of extension)IR35 Status: Inside IR35Clearance Required: CTCA Central Government organisation is seeking a Commercial Lead with experience in the Professional Services pillar.Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and provide expertise as to how to best engage, source and procure the time and services across the communities of London (utilising knowledge of grant funding)
  • Provide essential commercial support to the business, proactively managing the commercial arrangements with the chosen community providers
  • Contribute to delivering Commercial Excellence, providing a customer focused service, understanding the business need and stakeholder drivers, with the aim of becoming a trusted commercial advisor
  • Manage the supplier arrangements and support with activities to source the different design sprints
    • Key Requirements
  • A successful career in procurement with Professional Services category management experience
  • Demonstrable achievements centred of best value and efficiency via leading edge category solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of EU Procurement Legislation
  • Demonstrable ability of using MI from systems to inform decision making and deliver optimum commercial solutions
  • Experience of working at senior levels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ideally MCIPS/ IACCM or equivalent qualification or working towards
