Commercial Finance Manager, Creative Industry, Central London, £65,000We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a PE backed, growing advertising network. You will partner with the CFO, Financial Controller and Group on all levels to achieve the business goals and provide commercial support to ClientServices and Project Management.This is a key hire and youll play a pivotal part in providing first class commercial support.Key Responsibilities:* Managing the Commercial Accountant and Commercial & Operations Executive* Responsible for all Project data contained within the companys Cash Flow Forecast,* including but not limited to Client billing schedules and Supplier payment trackers.* Ensuring all projects remain cash flow positive at all times.* Together with the Management Accountant prepare monthly project revenue and gross profit recognition* Support for commercial aspects of major global and regional pitches and RFPs* Support for major contract and pricing negotiations* Manage, maintain and develop global client profitability reporting* Commercial contact for key clients across the network* Coordination of annual and quarterly client reporting for key clients* Support global commercial training initiatives* Ad hoc contract review and commercial adviceCandidate Specification:* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)* Good knowledge and understanding of a project-based professional service firm* Able to see the big picture and communicate through detailed relevant financial analysis* Strong analytical skills* Prior experience of commercial negotiation advantageous* High level Excel skills (to include pivot tables, complex formulas etc.)
