Essential Criteria:Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA. Must hold solid, occupational competency within Coaching,Learning and Development. Must hold own Level 5 Coaching qualification as a minimum our have completed a large module as part of theL7 in Coaching Must be IT Literatetraining will be provided on company systems. Duties:As an End Point Assessor, you will responsible for completing a range of EPAactivities, both face to face and electronically,with Apprentices completing Coaching and Learning & Development Standards. These EPA activitiesinclude: to carry out End Point Assessment,scheduling of EPAactivities, marking,grading and regular planningmeetings with candidates and employers. Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner. Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocationalarea, Apprenticeship Standards and evidence ofCPD. Participate in standardisation and training activities. Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.
