Description: As part of the internal Cloud Service Engineering Team, the service manager will be responsible for service operations for the Banks Global Internal Cloud services including IaaS, CaaS (Kubernetes/Pivotal Cloud Foundry), API Automation Frameworkand the Customer Service Portal the teams Responsibilities include:Present customer focused view of servicesWorking with Lines of Business to maximize benefit from Cloud and Middleware servicesCollecting LOB requirementsManaging Service Communicationsfor the Cloud and Middleware Platform and promoting the serviceAssisting with adoptionChampion our customers requirement with Product Owners/Engineering teamsMaintaining customer focused knowledge ArticlesCollecting and producing consistent MIacross all services We are recruiting for an Internal Cloud Service Manager to help our customer consume our services.Cloud Service Manager responsibilities: The role will also be a senior member of the Internal Cloud Service Engineering team and help representthe Internal Cloud Services globally to enable stakeholders understanding of the true values of our Services and help our users engage with the service properly. You will also be required to work with ITID Engineering and Operational teams to ensure the cloudservices are delivered to meet customer expectations.Listening to customers around the clock, driving improvements and capabilities into services, to improve experience, promote community engagements, and simplify adoption. Developed a culture where ITIDand GB/GFs are "in it together"Collaborate closely with Engineering Developers/PMs to ensure the capability and performance of internal cloud services meets the satisfaction of our customersImprove Customer experience by analyzing signals from varioussources, driving RCAs and service improvements involving bug fixesParticipate in the design of architecture for cloud infrastructure services, focusing on strategic customer scenarios, including customer requirements gathering for Transformation initiatives. Supporting customers understanding their cloud services though customer focused MI improving their observability of the platforms.Production Readiness and identifying gaps and issues impacting customer adoption. Inspects key elements of a customers criticalproduction application - code, design, implementation and operational procedures. Production readiness reviews ensure application are cloud Native and align to the standards of internal cloud avoiding future production issues.Support and incidents.
