Our Digital team provide independent, senior-level expertise that enables executives to drive value from Technology and as a result to improve business performance. Central to that expertise is the architecture which underpins any successful end-to-end DigitalTransformation.The depth of our teams experience enables us to exert a rapid and sustainable impact across:

• Digital and Technology strategy development, operating model, capability and governance design.
• Product strategy and innovation, assisting our clients with the strategy and execution of growing the digital capability of their products and services.
• IT cost reduction, IT outsourcing and end to end IT Transformation.
• IT platform/systems/infrastructure review, re-platforming, rationalization and consolidation activities.
• IT due diligence, carve-out, and merger integration planning and execution.
• IT crisis management, interim IT leadership roles, and project turnaround.

What youll doSenior Vice Presidents (SVPs) have high levels of responsibility and accountability in the successful delivery of projects and face off regularly with Board level stakeholders. They work collaboratively across the Digital community to ensure the deliveryof all elements of client engagements. They will typically work across a small number of projects at any given time bringing a flexible and adaptable approach.Ideal Candidate qualifications:

• Cloud Technologies - AWS, Azure, GCP
• Microservices architecture
• Container & Orchestration technologies - Docker, Kubernetes
• Application development methodologies - CI/CD, Agile, DevSecOps
• Configuration Management tools - Chef, Puppet, Ansible
• Programming - C/C++, Java, JavaScript Python, Go, PHP, Ruby & Node.js, Bash & Python scripting
• Web UI technologies - React, Angular
• Database storage systems- Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, GraphQL
• Network protocols, Network architectures & REST APIs

• Client Delivery

• Consistent track record of successfully structuring and leading client engagements to desired results, delivering hard dollar savings, meeting, or exceeding client expectations.
• Deliver against technical aspects of large-scale, complex cloud initiatives
• Drive agile ceremony implementation and ensure adherence to architectural standards
• Oversee cloud infrastructure design and develop detailed architecture models for the client to host test, development, and production environments
• Understands and adapts to complex client environments and situations
• Superb written communication skills
• Independently prepares client ready documents and presentations.

• Analytics and problem solving

• Views problems from the big picture POV, recognizing critical areas to drive into more detail. Quickly structures approaches to solve complex problems. Remains balanced and flexible while anticipates and changes direction as necessary.

• Analytical, adept at quickly defining, aligning, and scaling data modelling and management approach with the client needs. Ensures 80/20 approach to rapidly draw conclusions. Skilled and quickly identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, errors, and conclusions.

• Engenders client confidence and trust with executives at all levels. Builds advisory relationships with clients and peers.
• Skilled at defining, communicating, motivating, and leading change at executive levels and across the firm.
• Articulate, persuasive, communicator. Commands the room, handles executive and difficult audiences well. Readily adapts style and message appropriately to audience and circumstance. Excellent at impromptu communication during complex discussions.

• Business and Practice Development

• Experience with proposal development, strong commercial instincts, and interest. Generates growing demand for other firm resources in prospective and existing clients while remaining highly utilized. Consistently extend work for him/herself and others teammembers on client projects. Identifies and cultivates new opportunities.
• An inspiring leader, innovative with the development of new tools, methodologies, and approaches.

What youll need

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. Masters degree and/or certification in related specialty area(s) preferred.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP required
• Related consulting or industry experience, with proven ability to build trusted relationships with business & technology leaders
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with knowledge of prevalent tools, methodologies and frameworks.
• Robust fact gathering, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
• Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment.
