Job Description

Clinical Manager - Occupational HealthLocation: Sidcup, LondonSalary: £45,000 paThe Company:Our clients Healthcare Company is one of the UKs leading providers of occupational health services. Their clients include leading names across a widerange of sectors including aviation, construction, engineering, manufacturing, retail, utilities and the emergency services. Our clients team brings together many of the UKs finest practitioners and teachers in all relevant healthcare disciplines.The Role:

  • I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to join an Occupational Health Team working with a key client in Sidcup, London.
  • The Clinical Manager will provide leadership and support to the clinical team delivering a High-quality Occupational Health Service.
Role Responsibilities:
  • You will act autonomously as a clinical lead providing and supporting best practice in treatment and OH services. Whilst also managing your own clinical work.Working closely with site operations and multiple stakeholders, attending daily and weekly siteoperations meetings presenting clinical updates and working with the account manager to maintain budgets and stay within forecasts.
  • You will support the recruitment, selection and induction of multidisciplinary team, ensuring staff are suitably qualified, trained and inducted. You will also ensure there is full compliance with company processes, DoH, H&S Guidelines and company accreditations.You will undertake, review and record clinical competency and audit Clinical work.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
  • You will be a Registered General Nurse with an OH qualification- Part 3 of the Register
  • With previous management experience, you will have good communication skills, both written and verbal able to liaise at all levels. RGN, NMC3
