KEY DUTIES
  • As Client Success Manager you will fulfil ad hoc requests when required and deliver on client objectives
  • Select the most appropriate methodology in order to meet client demand
  • Design and deliver robust questionnaires and go on to tell insightful stories from data
  • Liaise closely with the Production team and ensure the scope of each project is communicated while also outlining expectations
  • Similarly, you will take on a mentor role by coaching junior executives and interns
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • You will possess strong quantitative abilities and enjoy the storytelling aspect of research
  • Have an excellent ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and lead aspects of some of them
  • You will be a strong communicator with an inquisitive attention to detail
  • A role suited to an analytical quantitative researcher who enjoys the storytelling aspect of the research cycle and would like to get involved with more sophisticated analytics and tools.
