Job Description

Client Success Manager £55k base + 10% bonusMy client are in the market for a Client Success Manager to join their market-leading technology platform. They specialise in SaaS solutions and have an exceptional track record selling in Finance, Insurance, and Telco sectors. This companys clients areTier 1 banks in Europe like NatWest, HSBC, Monzo, and Santander.The main responsibilities of the Client Success Manager will be maintaining customer loyalty, upselling existing customers to new features within the product, fostering long-term relationships with customers, addressing customer issues, and helping the salesteam with renewals.Required skills:

  • 2+ years working as a Client Success Manager
  • Experience managing renewals and revenues of existing accounts.
  • Experience selling at an enterprise level.
  • You are accustomed to working in a cross-cultural environment and with clients of all backgrounds
  • A proven track record of delivering training to 100+ users together with the experience of working in both the professional services and execution sector
