They are looking for an ambitious individual to join their new Client Services team. Due to the business rapid growth and international expansion, the complexity of their clients needs and requirements have only increased. You will play an integral rolein managing these queries and requests on a daily basis, alongside the Head of Client Services.ThClient DetailsOne of the UKs leading independent providers of discretionary wealth management. We offer award-winning personalised wealth management services that meet the varied needs of over 100,000 account holders, including individuals, charities, and pension funds.DescriptionWorking closely with the Head of Client Services in a new and exciting function to the business.Provide excellent and professional client service and support.Manage large volumes of queries covering payments, FX and on-boarding.Drive and develop processes and procedures to limit risk and drive client efficiency.Lead the on-boarding of clients ensuring the end-to-end set-up is completed.Perform in depth root cause analysis of queries and generate plans to prevent future reoccurrence.Manage and drive internal and external facing projects to key deadlines.Support the roll out and management of a Query Management System business wide; building and incorporating workflows and SLAs.ProfileMinimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar Finance based client facing role.You have knowledge of banking/payments systems (SEPA, SWIFT etc).You have a proactive approach to problem solving.You have the ability to create and review new and existing processes and procedures.Experience of liaising with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business, as well as building and maintaining relationships with external partners.Job OfferSalary - 45-50KAttractive share equity and bonus programmes for high performers.Private healthcare program covering all employees and their families from their first day at Alpha.Annual company-wide trips abroad.Quarterly team celebrations.Office equipped with state of the art gym which is free to use and bar for drinks every Friday.Location - London
