Job Description

The Client Services Assistant will play an integral role in managing these queries and requests on a daily basis, alongsidethw Head of Client Service.Client DetailsThe client is an award-winning financial services firm combining sound methodologies with intuitive cloud-based technologies to help businesses manage currency more effectively. Throughout our journey, theres one thingthat has consistently set us apart - our people.DescriptionKey duties for the Client Services Assistant are:

  • Working closely with the Head of Client Services in a new and exciting function to the business.
  • Provide excellent and professional client service and support.
  • Manage large volumes of queries covering payments, FX and on-
  • boarding.
  • Drive and develop processes and procedures to limit risk and drive
  • client efficiency.
  • Lead the on-boarding of clients ensuring the end-to-end set-up is
  • completed.
  • Perform in depth root cause analysis of queries and generate plans to
  • prevent future reoccurrence.
  • Manage and drive internal and external facing projects to key deadlines.
  • Support the roll out and management of a Query Management System
  • business wide; building and incorporating workflows and SLAs.
ProfileKey requirements for the Client Services Assistant:Fund administration backgroundMinimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar Finance based client facing role.You have knowledge of banking/payments systems (SEPA, SWIFT etc).You have a proactive approach to problem solving.You have the ability to create and review new and existing processes and procedures.Experience of liaising with and influencing stakeholders at all levels ofthe business, as well as building and maintaining relationships with external partnersJob OfferCompetitve salary for the City of London-Canary Wharf Office (£27,000-£30,000)Full benefits package, bonus and great progression opportunities
