Job Description

As a client services adviser, you will be expected to provide high quality and proactive customer service to both internal and external clients. You will provide support within the Client Services Team and to the Portfolio Management Team and occasionallyother teams.We are looking for a graduate or school leaver with experience in Financial Services Client Services.Specific Responsibilities

  • Process new client applications
  • Production of ad hoc valuations for client meetings
  • Production of monthly valuations for SIPP providers and clients
  • Setting up and administering web valuations for clients
  • Assisting operations to process and complete client closure requests
  • Assisting with client reporting at periodic reporting points
  • Assisting with the production of tax packs every April
  • The billing process for clients and investigating fee exceptions
  • Generation and checking of adviser charging statements
  • Support investment managers with client queries and administration
  • Providing cover for the Business Support team during holidays
  • Answering the phone and screening calls during busy periods
