The RoleOur client is looking for someone to join their ever-growing team as a Client Services Account Manager to project manage cross-channel clients to meet business objectives and goals.Your list of responsibilities includes the following:
  • Being a daily point of contact between the client and internal activation teams
  • Be responsible for the delivery of paid media campaigns across designated areas of business and ensure alignment with media plans and KPIs
  • End-to-end management and co-ordination of campaign activation across multiple channels from campaign brief to reporting using project management tools, ad server, and paid media platforms
  • Ensure management of campaign pacing, budgeting, bid management, tracking, and optimisation as well as leading media planning and forecasting.
  • Effectively present campaign results to clients
  • Support internal teams to build roadmaps for cross-channel activity and ensure successful implementation
  • Line manage 1-2 junior team members
  • Ensure timely completion of admin tasks for the team
You will preferably have
  • University degree (or international equivalent)
  • Two years online experience within a Client Services role
  • Good working knowledge of different capabilities and what they offer the client and customer, including Search Marketing, Programmatic Display, Analytics, SEO, etc.
  • Extensive experience of developing and executing online marketing campaigns, both acquisition and retention
  • Strategic ability and understanding of insights/data
  • Excellent client services skills
  • Proven record of managing accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate strong Project Management skills
