The on-boarder will be rewarded with a daily rate of up to £161.35 Description: Team/FunctionOverview: * The Client Onboarding Services Group is responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to new clients and existing clients who are setting up new funds to execute markets trades * We support onboarding activities for Investment Managers,Banks, Governments, Pension funds and Corporations etc. * The Client Onboarding team liaise directly with clients and several internal teams in Sales, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Operations, etc to ensure that time to market is minimized and opportunities arehanded back to sales contacts with accounts open and ready to trade. Role / Position Overview * The Client Onboarding Senior Analyst is responsible for providing an exceptional and seamless onboarding experience to our clients. * This will encompass Know YourCustomer due diligence, obtaining Credit line approvals, completing necessary regulatory checks, ensuring mandatory disclosures are completed along with working with the Legal groups to negotiate trading contracts and finally setting up trading accounts. *Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to centralize and optimize the processes to constantly improve client satisfaction and the overall group performance. Key Responsibilities: Strengthen the client relationship andensure the delivery of market-differentiating service by acting as the clients advocate, anticipating client needs, and developing client confidence in the banks products and processes Take global ownership of client servicing issues & facilitate resolutionthrough an engagement of cross-functional partners, while focusing on identifying opportunities to further differentiate the bank as a leading provider l Serve as a mentor for junior Client Onboarding Analysts, while serving as "deputy" to Client OnboardingManagers Maintain a detailed understanding of the clients profile while adhering to agreed service levels and leading regular service reviews to ensure client satisfaction l Serve as an advisor to cross-functional teams in identifying potential solutions/opportunitiesto address client needs Build and own relationships with senior members of the firms infrastructure groups including but not limited to the Sales Desks across Europe, Middle East & Africa, Credit, Legal, Risk, Know Your Customer and Accounts Control. Identifyand execute operational, client experience and regulatory projects associated to the Onboarding process. Utilize well-developed working knowledge of the business & the upstream and downstream influences to achieve optimal client experience l Manage your ownpipeline of onboarding requests ensuring that time to market is minimised. Meet quality standards on KYC approvals and overall Quality Assurance checks of each onboarding request whilst maintaining a satisfactory level of productivity. Deliver overall clientsatisfaction while at the same time meeting the firms global audit, compliance, risk and control requirements. Be a key contributor to improving the efficiency of the onboarding process and driving solutions through internal technology improvements. l DevelopmentValue: This role will provide an opportunity to work in partnership with the front office of the Investor Sales business . It will provide the candidate with the challenge of learning the Know Your Customer policies and required documentation to do businesswith the ban. It will also provide the candidate with the opportunity to work with Credit Officers and Legal teams who approve Credit lines and negotiate ISDAs, French & German Master agreements. This will enable the candidate to learn the initial steps aclient undertakes to commence a relationship with the banks Global Markets business. The candidate will also gain exposure to operating in a global fast paced Investment Bank where in-house technology support is directly available to influence the designand improve efficiency of the onboarding process Knowledge/Experience: Extensive experience in managing Client Relationships in Financial Services operations roles essential l The candidate should be comfortable in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment lThe ideal candidate will have a strong Onboarding and KYC background l Experience of working within a strong regulatory/control environment l Ability to manage time appropriately and is organized Skills: Excellent Interpersonal skills - ability to build relationshipsquickly and to gain respect/influence with key clients/internal contacts. l l Strong Analytic ability, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. l Ability to communicate (written/verbal) effectively at all organisational levels. Ability to planand organise workload within tight deadlines, meeting day-to-day objectives as well as longer term strategic goals. l l Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and challenging environment. l Microsoft Office Qualifications: l Degree level educated,or equivalent, with a good general academic background. l Related market qualifications desirable.
