Job Description

Client Manager About Threepipe Reply:Threepipe Reply is an award-winning integrated brand performance agency of specialists, working across; media, creative, social, analytics, UX, data science, search marketing and PR. Threepipe offers a rigorous planning framework, proprietary and best in breedtechnology partners to help consumer and business to business brands make sense of the highly evolving market, media and competitor landscape. Role Overview:You are going to be an integral element of our creative account management team with a Client Manager to help manage and grow our clients across multiple industries. You are going to utilise strategic thinking in combination with a strong eye for detail andorganisation to produce the highest quality level of work. To give you and idea of the creative clients you will be working with they range from tech giants, engine oil manufacturers, sports, retailers, beauty, energy, banking and beyond, with clients includingGulf Oil, Panasonic, LOccitane, Vodafone, Quality Spirits International, Unicorn Darts. Responsibilities:

  • You will be managing multiple projects across different clients and creative disciplines (from brand strategy and creative development to video production, photoshoots, digital campaign roll-out, copywriting, website development and more)
  • You will need to utilise your strong commercial understanding (being comfortable with pricing strategies, invoicing and managing suppliers) as youll be responsible for projects being delivered on time and within budget
  • You will need to use that eye for creative by encouraging clients to do the most interesting and effective work they can, whatever their budget
  • You will be working with and managing the design studio team (designers, animators, editors, strategists, production specialists) to ensure creative outputs are quality and efficient, hitting the client brief
About the candidate:
  • A degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification in Multi-media Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Business or Economics
  • Have a minimum 2-3 years experience at a creative agency in a client-facing account management-based role
  • Demonstrate administrative excellence through organisation, a flawless eye for detail and the ability to multi-task as well as act calm under pressure, working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Be approachable, passionate and think ahead about the needs of the team, the account and the client - able to prioritise, delegate and understand resourcing needs
  • Appreciate great creative work, show passion and have a great sense of humour as well as showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills
