Job Title Client Implementations Manager Corporate Title Associate Location Jacksonville, FL OverviewAs the Client Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects to implement cash management products and services for American global clients. Cash Management products provide a wide range of solutions that help clients improve liquidityand cash flow and optimize their treasury and payment businesses; examples include account opening, simple and complex liquidity structures, foreign currency exchange tools, disbursements, electronic banking tools, etc. The overall responsibility of the ClientImplementation Manager is to work closely with Sales, Cash Ops and Relationship Management team to bring premier service across all products and regional markets to (1) make it easy for clients to do business with Deutsche Bank throughout the entire clientlifecycle, (2) make Implementation & Service a reason to stay with Deutsche Bank and (3) provide service in the most efficient way. You will ensure client driven cash management set-up where project-based approach required to onboard new clients and coordinateinvolvement of other areas where required - Product Management, Sales, Service, Legal, Know-Your-Client. As the Client Implementation Manager, you will also identify possible revenue opportunities through the implementation cycle and provide support and feedbackto products managers and sales counterparts.
