Job Title Client Implementations Manager Corporate Title Associate Location Jacksonville, FL OverviewAs the Client Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects to implement cash management products and services for American global clients. Cash Management products provide a wide range of solutions that help clients improve liquidityand cash flow and optimize their treasury and payment businesses; examples include account opening, simple and complex liquidity structures, foreign currency exchange tools, disbursements, electronic banking tools, etc. The overall responsibility of the ClientImplementation Manager is to work closely with Sales, Cash Ops and Relationship Management team to bring premier service across all products and regional markets to (1) make it easy for clients to do business with Deutsche Bank throughout the entire clientlifecycle, (2) make Implementation & Service a reason to stay with Deutsche Bank and (3) provide service in the most efficient way. You will ensure client driven cash management set-up where project-based approach required to onboard new clients and coordinateinvolvement of other areas where required - Product Management, Sales, Service, Legal, Know-Your-Client. As the Client Implementation Manager, you will also identify possible revenue opportunities through the implementation cycle and provide support and feedbackto products managers and sales counterparts. What Youll Do

• Report to the Head of Implementation and Service or respective team lead
• End to end management and execution responsibility of large projects comprised of various internal and external bank, technical, legal and client groups globally. Liaise closely with global & regional Cash Management Implementation, Sales, Product Management,and service teams in a dynamic global environment to meet client needs
• Development and maintenance of detailed project plans. Detailed deal tracking and reporting by employing standard project management tools, and Deutsche Bank Internal tracking tools
• Manage client escalation as necessary and involve senior management as necessary. Conduct post implementation reviews with clients for relevant project and address negative feedback
• Development and distribution of project reporting to key stakeholders. Responsible for updating standard operating procedures (formal/informal processes). Support and assist in RFP process
• Lead client implementation project meetings weekly or as required/agreed by the core team

Skills Youll Need

• Bachelors Degree, relevant project management experience including experience managing large, complex projects
• Experience in Cash Management or similar environment (e.g., treasury) in a large financial institution. Good understanding of corporate cash management products as well as domestic and international payment methods and instruments
• Good knowledge of European Clearing systems, global domestic clearing systems, Single Euro Payments Area, and payment mechanisms, including an awareness of new developments in the marketplace - e.g. e-commerce, block chain technology and FinTech industries
• Demonstrated track record of successful client delivery relationships
• Ability to take full ownership and responsibility across the Cash Management organization. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and willingness to take on additional responsibilities and work on high visibility deliverables

Skills That Will Help You Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft software applications MS Project, Word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to build strong working relationships, other languages (Spanish) would be an asset
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to be persuasive around issue resolution. Analytical, decisive, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to delegate to task owners and resources, and effectively manage stakeholders

ExpectationsIt is the Banks expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Banks hybrid working model. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidates skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
