Job Description

CLIENT DIRECTOR LONDON£65,000 - £75,000 + FLEXIBLE WORKINGAre you a highly strategic and consultative individual with a passion for brands and brand development Have you got brand tracking and brand communication experience A leading insight consultancy is looking for a Client Director to join a rapidly growingteam.THE COMPANY Expertise covering brand, media, innovation, and customer experience, they help clients define what brands should stand for. They combine their expertise in human understanding with advanced technologies and help the worlds leading organisations succeedand grow.THE ROLE The Client Director will be expected to work with some of the worlds biggest advertisers, covering categories such as personal care, household goods, food and beverage, finance, retail, and many more. You will be developing collaborative, strategic partnershipswith your clients. More key outcomes of this role will be as follows:

  • Leading ongoing brand equity programmes, communications development, and increasingly, groundbreaking research techniques, such as neuroscience, media & digital, social media, and brand analytics.
  • Leading client relationships on pitches/ proposals, demonstrating sector expertise and insight, and owning the client value proposition.
  • Pioneering new solutions and working with clients to co-create solutions to their business issues.
  • Inspiring the team and giving direction to your account teams.
  • Leading the activation of marketing campaigns for relevant accounts
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe perfect Client Director will be expected to have some, not all, of the following:
  • A highly strategic and consultative individual with a passion for brands and brand development
  • Experience having worked in either research agency, client-side, or agency planning environments using quantitative datasets
  • Brand tracking and brand communications experience
  • Experience working with global clients within fast-moving sector/s
  • Experience managing and inspiring teams in a previous role/s or ready to take the step up
  • Passionate about growing and developing your team, by being an inspiring leader and managing junior members
