TheRole: M&G Wealth Advice has an extensive bank of clients which need to be managed to ensure that M&G Wealth Advice are managing its client and regulatory responsibilities. M&G Wealth Advice has three types of clients (Relationship, Transactional and Potential),all of which need to be owned by the advisers- the Client Bank Manager will assist in ensuring that all these categories across M&G Wealth Advice are being managed in accordance with the client bank strategy. The purpose of the role is to help ensure thatM&G Wealth Advice have the necessary tools/processes and management information to provide appropriate outcomes to their clients, fulfilling their regulatory requirements and meeting the needs of the business Key Work Level Accountabilities: Experienced Colleague:Accountable for providing a quality service or product to customers and stakeholders, using skills/experience built through significant practical experience or training For team leaders, accountable for ensuring the team the role supports is delivering a qualityservice or product Works within established frameworks and procedures, with the freedom to interpret them to solve a range of problems Delivers outputs that are clearly defined, using discretion over how to achieve them Makes suggestions for improvements tothe work of the team, based on previous experience and knowledge of similar situations Key Responsibilities for this role: The preparation and issue of client bank management information reporting for all sales teams and any other stakeholder or interestedparty Work with sales, proposition and risk teams to ensure that reporting on regulatory obligations are being met to clients. Manage relationships with key stakeholders within the business to ensure that the client bank process is robust and being adheredto. Provide insight and analysis on the fulfilment, remuneration and reallocation process/controls so that the client bank strategy is being fulfilled. Responsible for identifying and driving future improvements to the client bank strategy/ processes/controls/MI Carry out analysis on PFPs client bank to identify opportunities to allow the business to grow. To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement ofthe overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&Gs operational risk. Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Strong experience in Excel. Knowledge of sales/ lead management tools would be an advantage (IRESS) Strong data analysis backgroundExcellent operational /process /system problem solving Excellent programme and project management capabilities. Personal attribute/skills: Ability to work independently. Ability to multitask and comply with tight deadlines. Confident, assertive and capableof challenge. Accurate and exceptional attentional to detail. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Adapts research and findings from analysis undertaken to different audiences. Natural affinity for extracting relevant information from vast amountsof data. Aptitude for mathematical and analytical activities. Demonstrates understanding of pricing proposals and models with commercial implications. Ability to prioritise and coordinate activity. Problem solver.
