Pay: MPS Start Date: September 2021The Island Learning Trust areseeking to recruit 2 outstanding teachers to start in September 2021. Thesuccessful applicants will be flexible as to whcih school they are based in andalso flexible regarding Key Stage. The Island Learning Trust wasestablished on 1st November 2016. The MAT was comprised of Minster Primary andHalfway Houses Primary, both schools are on the Isle of Sheppey, an area of highdeprivation and socio economic challenges. These two founding schools are bothOfsted rated good schools. The outcomes at Minster Primary are outstanding.Sunny Bank Primary School in Sittingbourne joined TILT in February 2020 under asponsorship arrangement and significant all round improvement has been madewith the support of the MAT. Our School and all its personnelare committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children.
