Multi- Class Claims Technician An opportunity to join a dynamic and growing independent Lloyds broker.You will be joining a small dedicated claims team reporting to the Operations Director.Managing the recording and progress of claims from initial notification through all aspects of the claims cycle to closure.Working with broker clients across the globe to obtain accurate claims information, provide updates, offer guidance and resolve queries. Responsible for open market, binder /lineslip claims.Creating ECF files, updating records, processing settlements and monitoring claim fund collections.Verifying and processing monthly claims bordereaux for binder and lineslip channels.Liaising with syndicate and company insurers to resolve queries and progress claims without delays.Due to international nature of the business, claims can emanate from a variety of different territories across the globe. You will have the opportunity to handle multiple classes including; property, liabilities, professional lines, aviation, marine et al. What you will need;·Our client is willing to train and develop but require applicants to have at least 12 months experience in a similar claims technician / support role within the Lloyds market. ·Experience using ECF is essential.·Excellent communication skills - written and verbal·Good organisation·A desire to build a long term career·An enthusiasm to learn and develop technical skills.Ref - 7819MW Appointments is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
