New Vacancy: Claims Operations Specialist City of London - Lloyds SyndicateSalary - £50,000 - £60,000I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyds Insurer who are looking to add a claims operations specialist to their growing team.They are looking for someone with some claims operations experience in a similar role at a Lloyds Business with good knowledge of the market and experience within claims operations.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Strategic Operations team in the successful delivery of various strategic initiatives across multiple disciplines and regions.
  • As needed, assist with broader claims operations management efforts.
  • Challenge conventional methods and provide alternative solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to comprehend and capture business challenges or opportunities for review by the Strategic Operations claims team.
  • Utilize past experience to identify improvement opportunities beyond those identified by others.
  • Work in conjunction with Strategic Operations Claims Managers and the team as a whole to assess the benefit, value, and prioritization of significant initiatives for implementation.
  • Investigate potential technology and innovations to enhance claims processes.
  • Institute continuous improvement practices by developing new or refining existing operational processes.
  • Offer strategic operational claims design and assistance for appropriate authority claims models.
  • Foster clear communication channels with stakeholders throughout the claims process.
  • Advocate new standards and resources for use within the Claims department.
