New Vacancy: Claims Operations / DA Claims TechnicianLloyds Syndicate - City of LondonSalary £40,000 - £50,000A leading and reputable Lloyds Syndicate are looking to add a Claims Operations & DA Claims Technician to their established Claims team.This role will be a mix of Claims Operations & Delegated Authority Claims on the Operations side. They are looking for someone with Claims Operations experience and someone who is willing to progress a career in this field. This is a fantastic opportunityfor someone looking for further exposure and a new challenge within an reputable team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the analysis and presentation of claims data, supporting the Claims Operation function and striving for "best practice" within the team. Help maintain and develop the Claims process and related technology while delivering management informationat claims meetings. Additionally, contribute to other management reports for both internal and external purposes as requested.Take responsibility for overseeing and managing the framework governing third parties, including delegated claims administrators and experts utilized by the Claims team. Specific responsibilities will include managing the completeness and accuracy of theExpert Management database, maintaining the Risk Matrix, reporting on appropriate agreements with all third parties, monitoring bordereaux claims data and service level agreements, assisting with due diligence and renewal processes, coordinating audits, andassisting in the management and oversight of loss funds.
