We wantto on board the independent global fashion community through an innovative ecommerceexperience, seamless logistics, and a data-driven, personalised customer approach.While our Founder & CEO is on maternity leave, a Chief of Staff, your goal is to ensurethe business runs smoothly and grows according to the strategy in plans. You will have a holistic viewof the business, working closely with all departments, including business development, marketing,e-commerce and operations.Key areas include, but are not limited to:Oversee and implement commercial strategies and business development initiativesaccording to company business objectives;Monitor business financial targets, performance and key actions to reach quarterly KPIs;Manage senior members of the team, ensuring roadmap an strategy is being followed;Maintain positive and profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.TheChief of Staffis someone who:Holds a bachelor degree (MBA is a plus);Seasoned in luxury fashion, ecommerce and retail (5+ years of experience);Knowledge in and past exposure to e-commerce, operations, marketing, business strategy(merchandising knowledge is a positive);Commercially focused and very comfortable working with numbers;Builds, inspires, and maintains long lasting professional team and client relationships;History of success in driving top and bottom-line impact;Englishfluency, excellent verbal and written skills;Detailed by nature, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;Flexible and approachable in attitude, with creative and problem solving skills.
