Job Description

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICERUP TO £100,000 + BENEFITSLONDONTHE COMPANYAt a leading UK charity, you will be at the forefront of driving data & tech within this business as you steer a huge transformation. As a CIO, you will be managing and mentoring a large team of around 25 to optimise both new and existing data sources todrive the business forward.THE ROLEAs a CIO, you can expect to be involved in the following;

  • Mentoring, managing and growing a high-performance team
  • Expanding and developing the ability for this team to serve business users with insights and recommendations
  • Leading the evolution of the data platform including digital, crm and customer analytics
  • Leading a large scale transformation project from legacy to cloud platforms, including x2 CRM migrations
  • Communicating with C-Suite stakeholders, whilst creating a data-centric work environment throughout the business
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful CIO will have the following skills and experience:
  • Ability to invigorate data within the business, communicating technical knowledge to non-technical stakeholders, teams and colleagues
  • Proven ability to interact with wider teams to drive success
  • Management/leadership experience, ideally in a Director, VP or CIO level position
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
  • You will ideally have experience leading CRM implementation projects
  • Experience leading data transformations, ideally from legacy to cloud based platforms
  • Experience hiring/growing teams, creating a data-driven work culture
