Job Description

This £20 million t/o listed business based in London is looking to recruit a Chief Financial Officer with a background in contemporary hotels, property investment and hospitality.Reporting to the Board and looking after multiple Group locations in the UK and Europe this will be an office-based role with international travel when appropriate.Key Responsibilities

  • Management of day-to-day financial operations and Finance team including payroll, invoicing, supply chain, management and consolidated accounts
  • Provide financial insights for strategic investment activities (mergers and acquisitions)
  • Fiduciary duties relating to a Plc / listed Co
  • Playing a pivotal role interacting with investors, stakeholders, banks etc.
    • Applicants must be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a proven background in hotels, hospitality, or tourist accommodation You will be a highly commercial strategic CFO with previous experience of working in a fast growth business that has realised its ambitions.This is a permanent role paying £100,000 - £120,000 depending on experience + benefits.
