CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICEREXCITING STREAMING PLATFORMPART TIME (2, 3 OR 4 DAY WEEK)LONDON/HYBRID/FLEXIBLEOur client is an exciting international streamer with top quality content ranging from compelling drama series and movies to documentaries and family entertainment.We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join the growing Legal and Business Affairs team as Chief Compliance Officer.You will lead the corporate compliance function (including Data Protection/Privacy compliance) to ensure that the business operates in line with all relevant company policies and applicable laws (including GDPR) in its territories of operation.You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, as part of the senior management team.The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience advising on compliance-related risks in a multi-national business or regulatory function in a highly regulated sector. You will need to have significant experienceof advising on anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, and European legislation, as well as Data Protection/Privacy compliance matters.Media experience will be welcome, but is not required.Our client is open to considering candidates on the basis of a 2, 3 or 4 day week.
