You will have the opportunity topick up paid overtime in the evening for events or dinners. Latest finish time will be around 8.30/9pmWorking in a team of around 7/8 chefs and producing very high quality food to a Fine Dining Standard. You will be given the opportunity to help design dishes and give menu suggestions.You will help produce around 20-40 covers for the private dining rooms, then also help with events. Canapes, Bowl Food and Finger Food Buffets, Plated Dinners. Functions can be usually up to 200 with a summer party up to 900 once a year as wellThe Chef de Partie will be cooking using the best ingredients and have access to a fully equipped kitchen working under a very encouraging and engaging Head Chef and Sous Chef.
