Job Description

Role: Chef de Partie (Flexible 40 hours over 4 or 5 days a week between Monday and Friday) Location: Piccadilly, LondonSalary / Rate of pay: £35,000 up to plus amazing benefitsPlatinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a private members club in London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.Whats in it for you

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
  • Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
  • Monitoring portion and waste control.
This role is based on 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days working some straight shifts are preferred.
