Job Description

Our investment banking client has been present in the UK for more than 150 years, theyre a long-term partner to British business. In so doing, they seek to make a positive, sustainable contribution to both the UK economy and society.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a BOT Developer for a 6 Month contract based remotely.As a Bot Developer you will be responsible for:

  • Support full lifecycle implementation of bot projects (building prototypes, validating scenarios, develop ChatBots and framework infrastructure for deployment at scale, sharing demos of work completed, and training end users on self-service tools within the platform)
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable codes for bots and for the platform
  • Determine best implementation use cases for Symphony and how the platform can technically best support business needs. Mentor users on how to navigate and maximize experience with the platform
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/product/trends related to ChatBots and corresponding architecture solutions
  • Contribute to the global bot governance framework. Maintain good documentation on bots developed and produce any user manuals as required. Help to create and maintain a library of education collateral
    • What we require from the candidate:
  • Passionate about automating all things and understand the importance of being a customer advocate
  • Solid experience in client-server infrastructure, UI, backend APIs, workflow execution
  • Solid experience with web based applications and restful/JSON APIs, e.g. using WebAPI
  • Solid experience in web technology using HTML5, JavaScript, React and/or AngularJS.
  • Solid experience in high scalability, availability, resiliency, multithreaded architectures and optimised UIs
