Charles River CRIMS Developer - Investment Management

Charles River (CRD) OMS Developer sought by leading investment manager based in the city of London.**Inside Ir35 - 2-3 days a week onsite**The role:

Be part of a business facing IT team to deliver new solutions to the business, understand/review functional specifications and translate into program specifications, liaise with end users for user acceptance testing, and provide 3rd line support as required.
Work on some major CRD enhancements as well as BAU support for Front Office and Regulatory needs
Comply with defined code and documentation standards, including peer reviews.
Be a self-starter with the ability to effectively manage time across multiple projects and with competing business demands and priorities. Also provide 3rd line support if and when needed.

Key Skills

Excellent Charles River OMS Development experience
Strong understanding of n-tier software systems and experience of working in an Agile development environment. Knowledge of using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Subversion, Git etc.
Excellent problem solving, analysis and interpretation skills
Desirable - Scripting experience in Groovy, Python pr Perl. Knowledge of Control-M. Knowledge of regulatory reporting domain
Desirable - Equity Front Office and Regulatory knowledge (MiFID, EMIR, ASIC regulations)
