Business Change/Readiness Manager - GovernmentOutside | £400 - £425 | RemoteSR2 are supporting a specialist consultancy on a government programme. The end client (a central government department) are undergoing huge internal changes and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to help them on their journey. For this role, itis essential that candidates have a central government and specifically GDS experience.As a Change Manager, your role will involve bringing all affected teams and stakeholders onside, so that everyone has a united vision, whilst understanding the benefits that the change will bring. You will help to identify and track beneficial changes andoutcomes as a result of change and report these back to management, whilst utilising performance metrics.
