Job Description

Job Title: Change ManagerEmployment: Permanent, full-timeLocation: NW, London BPS World is currently recruiting on behalf of an International Mobility organisation, which provides global relocation services. They are currently seeking a qualified Change Manager.Your role would be to manage the delivery of business change, continuous improvements and transformation programmes/projects. Delivering and influencing programmes/projects so that they are impactful whilst improving the customer journey and experience.Through the application of business change techniques, the Change Manager will work closely with the business to identify required changes, the nature, and level of change impact on the business, and will ensure business readiness for change and that programme/project objectives and business benefits are delivered.Responsibilities:

  • Lead programme/project targeted change management and communications within the transformation, from strategy to implementation. For example, analyse implications of any process change to facilitate the development of change impact assessments, and ensure stakeholders are appropriately engaged with impacts throughout the project
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a programme/project
  • Support the design, development, implementation, and revision of project plans from a change and communications lens and adhere to established timelines; integrate change management activities into the project plan
    • Requirements:
  • Change management certification e.g. ONE of; Change Management Institute ACMF (Accredited Change Manager Foundation); MSP Practitioner; APMG - Change Management; Prosci ADKAR1 Model or equivalent.
  • Experience working on a large scale, complex, multi-geography/ global change and transformation projects including technology implementations
  • Demonstrable experience implementing change management principles, methodologies, and tools on change programmes
