Job Description

On behalf of this organization, AMS are looking for a Change Management Specialist- Cash Equity for a 12-month contract based in London. This will be hybrid working with minimum 2-3 days in office.Purpose of the Role:In the role, you will be responsible for determining the priority of the change initiatives within own area of responsibility, change the bank projects impacting the platforms of the Prime Brokerage and Electronic Equities, ensuring the quality of the changemanagement adheres to a prescribed change management framework and that change is delivered on time, accurately with clear benefits. The projects could be regional or global.Responsibilities of the role:

  • Managing medium sized Operations projects designed to improve the Operations service provision to our clients and increase operational efficiency and/ or acts as a key resource in large-scale projects.
  • Ensuring the quality of the projects managed align with the companys change framework best practice.
  • Establishing strong relationships and work in partnership with business, product development, DRIVE and Projects & Change Management Teams globally to ensure priorities are aligned to operations needs in relation to control, efficiency and client requirements.
  • Partner with vendors to understand potential opportunities where products or services may drive operational improvements or business opportunities.
  • Influence decision making regarding system selection, prioritisation of change with the front to back environment.
What we require from the candidate:
  • Excellent Understanding of Cash Equity is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of key operational functions such as trade support, settlements, payments, re-sets, reconciliations, or client service processes.
  • Deep understanding of the project lifecycle and strong project management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing people or projects autonomously.
  • Outstanding presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
