Job Description

Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting for one of our top clients, a market leading financial services organisation, that seek an experienced Change Delivery Manager as a result of rapid growth within their business.Longer Term Career Development Potential / Mon - Fri 9-5pm / Hybrid working pattern (2 days office, 3 WFH) / Discretionary Annual Bonus / Comprehensive benefits package - Generous Pension Contributions / Private Medical Insurance / 26 days holiday/ Subsidised Gym Membership…….and much, much more!This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to build and manage transparent and effective change management processes to deliver strategic initiatives and drive continuous change across the organisation.To be a champion of ideas and initiatives, big or small, and to foster an innovative mindset across the various functions.With more specific responsibilities including:

  • The delivery of change across the business.
  • Maintain and develop the change framework, processes and tools.
  • Support the development of the strategic roadmap.
  • Ensure that change requests are defined, classified, understood and prioritised in accordance with the change framework and the strategic roadmap.
  • Engage with business owners to ensure requests deliver the intended benefits.
  • Coordinate resources (analysts, PMs, business owners, testers etc) for efficient delivery and management of dependencies.
  • Managing the change budget.
  • Identify blockers and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions to risks and issues that may arise.
  • Monitor the realisation of benefits.
  • Manage communication with all stakeholders, including reporting of progress of individual projects as well as against the roadmap.
  • Manage a team of three business analysts and system analysts, as well as external resources.
Whilst having the right experience is essential, equally as important to my client is finding the right individual - someone who is committed, motivated and passionate, but that is also a natural team player, always willing to go the extra mile, and thathas a positive, upbeat and fun nature to them, and whos outlook matches their company values.If you are a change management/business transformation professional, then we are keen to hear from you. Ideally your experience will have been gained in the financial services or other regulated industry, however this is not an essential requirement.The main attributes that my client seeks are:
  • The ability to develop strong and productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A good communicator and people manager.
  • The ability to combine high-level perspective with hands-on approach.
  • An understanding of business context and the ability to handle multiple perspectives of business priorities.
  • The ability to ensure progress is transparent.
  • The ability to be flexible, specifically around key business events, to adapt quickly to business requirements and ensure they are acted on rapidly and accurately.
  • A common sense approach to governance and documentation.
