Marks Sattin Executive Search is partnering with a fast-growing IT Services business based in the Midlands, in their search for an experienced CFO to lead their transformation for both finance and operations functions. With an impressive track record andexciting plans to grow the business, the successful CFO will work alongside with the Private Equity Firm to develop and implement the ongoing strategy and shape the business as it moves into its next phase. The business is looking to bring onboard a high skilledCFO who can drive their growth strategy and work in partnership with the senior management team to play a pivotal role in delivering and creating value with emphasis on identifying key areas through KPIs analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Moreover,you will be an inspirational leader, ambitious and driven - someone who can coach, mentor and motivate your teams. The Ideal candidate: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) Experience in working as a CFO in a PE Backed IT services, Technology, SaaS and orrelated sectors. Take a hands-on approach to the role as well as building key relationships with stakeholders A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
