Our client is an EdTech business looking to continue its international expansion plan and requires an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead their finance function. As the company is private equity-backed, you will maintain close relationships withthe Board of Directors, the PE investors, and the banking institutions providing leverage whilst ensuring all financial processes and controls are in place to guide the business towards its next phase of growth.As CFO you will be spearheading the business through its most exciting phases, including rapid growth and profitable exit. The business will require a hands-on CFO to manage the finance function and daily operations, timely and effective reporting, and theimplementation of KPIs, processes, and controls of the business.You will be considered for this role if you are able to demonstrate the following credentials:
