Chief Financial Officer (French Speaking) - privately owned, growing boutique110k+ and excellent benefits package to include equity planExciting bespoke offering for an SME CFO, looking for a role where growth is of paramount importance. The role will looking after 4 entities within a £30m T/O business. Managing a team of 5.As they embark on the next stage of growth and undertake a period of transformation to support this, they now have a need to hire an exceptional CFO to help guide the business over the coming period.Working closely with the Founder/Owner (s), key responsibilities include:* Leading and developing all aspects of the global finance functions across the group, providing a clear vision* Being an integral part of the group leadership team, helping define and deliver the strategy whilst maintaining appropriate controls to ensure the protection of the business* Assessing and evaluating financial performance of the group with regards to long-term operational goals and budgets as well as the wider commercial environment.* Overseeing the preparation and communication of the monthly management reporting, attending Board and Executive Committee meetings* Ensuring that there is a strong, robust and fit for purpose financial control environment across the group.* Developing, evolving and maintaining the groups finance systems to ensure they are stable, fit for purpose and operating efficiently.* Supervising the creation of reports and tools for analysing business performance.* Maintaining and managing stakeholders and external professional relationships.* Maximising the group cash position and driving down working capital.
