Job Description

Experienced CFO needed by scale up Ecommerce Consumer Products business.Radley Green is currently partnering with a PE backed, scale up E-commerce Consumer products business in the search for their CFO.This business is both innovative and disruptive and as such are experiencing huge growth and require an experienced CFO to come on board and help drive the business forward.This role will sit on the board and work with both the founders and investors in ensuring the business, and finance function, is fit for purpose moving forward.The main areas of responsibility are:

  • Working closely with the founders on fundraising activities ensuring all investor packs and models are best in class.
  • Take ownership all of activities within the finance function
  • Support the founders in all decision-making processes across the business by providing in-depth analysis
  • Working closely with Marketing, Sales and Products to ensure full financial and analytical support provided.
  • Building out the finance team to ensure it is fit for purpose as the business scales.
  • Playing key role in future growth of business
  • Managing and developing a small team
The successful candidate must have / be:
  • An experienced CFO that has scaled a business previously
  • Experienced in Series B + fundraising
  • Extensive experience acting as a commercial CFO and providing a business with commercial needed during growth.
  • Experience in the "B2C" industry needed
This position will pay £100k - £120k plus options and hybrid working.This role is being recruited immediately so please send your profile through for consideration as soon as possible.
